we are trying to apply for housing loans so that we can get a stable life and eventually start our own family. we found the perfect house, have a great friend of the family who is a realitor and doing everything he can for us, recommended us to a loan officer to find out what is available.

we apparently do not make enough money to qualify for any type of loan, even the military loan that should just be a given for pat. we need to be making $1000 more a month to even be in the ballpark of qualifying. and he flat out told me i dont make enough money with my current job to even be worth counting in the equation. and told me that i need to start looking for a "real" job. (way to make a girl feel good about herself)

i have been looking for a third job for MONTHS that i can do while doing respite on saturdays, and DT thurs and fridays. apparently such a job does not exist. but it would break my heart to have to quit either of my current jobs.

we should within 3 weeks be hearing if pat got his job at the courthouse as a bailiff, and if he gets that with his income alone we will be making enough to qualify!

so PLEASE PLEASE pray for him to get the job, or for me to get a part time one that pays REALLY good.
